The Journey That Shaped Me

My journey of transformation has led me to serve as a guide, healer, and visionary devoted to the sacred journey of helping others reconnect with their hearts and hold space for receiving the ancient call to "Know Thyself".

For 30 years, I worked in the fast pace of broadcasting as a radio personality—yet behind the microphone, I followed a deeper calling to explore the mysteries of spirit, energy, and the subconscious mind. In my journey of peeling back the layers of healing anxiety, depression, self-worth, and a most recent revelation of Complex PTSD, I leave no stone unturned getting to the root of an issue.

An early visit from a telepathic Oracle set me on the path of purpose, carrying me from my Southern roots to the transformative West Coast. That calling led me into years of study and initiation: training with the Modern Mystery School Healers Academy, certifications in Sacred Geometries, DNA Life Activation, hypnosis, and Dolores Cannon’s QHHT technique. Alongside these, I explored psychology, therapy, and coaching, discovering tools like Psych-K, cognitive movement practices, and frequency-based healing.

Through these modalities I found the alchemy of transformation: combining hypnosis, breathwork, sacred ceremony, and sound to dissolve patterns of fear, trauma, and limitation. My work has been published in Awareness Spiritual Magazine and honored by the National Association of Professional Women, yet my deepest honor is holding space for individuals to reclaim joy, clarity, and their divine blueprint.

Whether guiding a shamanic dance festival under the stars, offering a DNA Life activation session, or creating sacred altar rituals, courses, classes and workbooks, I bring all of me—my heart, my vision, and my commitment to help you awaken. My role is simply to walk with you as we remember the truth within.
